Finally a new update, after months of inactivity! I haven't been in the mood for Gmod lately.
I originally wanted another colour scheme for this picture, as well as add rain to it, but that didn't work out well.
All post-processing was done in pixlr this time.
I intended to make it look like the guy in the brightly coloured suit was being kidnapped by the people wearing black suits. I don't know if I succeeded or not.
